Jan is a Czech data and systems analyst in www.crackingbits.com, writer, visual content creator (photo, video, graphic design, 3D), translator, education consultant, maths and language teacher and a constant learner. He likes to combine it as much as he can in his assignments.

He works with data big and small and loves creating graphs, charts, and tables. He takes photos, shoots videos, tinkers with graphic designs, writes scripts for little media campaigns. He creates simple clean websites for his clients.

He holds a master's degree in economics, speaks English, French, German, Russian and some Spanish, learns Icelandic, Norwegian and Chinese. He has worked as a professional photo and videographer as well as a graphic designer for over 15 years. He has a passion for teaching mathematics and languages, taught privately and as a full-time teacher for most of his adult life.

He was lucky to have worked with inspiring people, in organizations and with clients large and small, in the Czech Republic and abroad.

He holds fond memories of his work for the Humanitarian and Social Programmes of the UN International Organization for Migration in Geneva, Switzerland, and will forever be grateful for the unique and profound experience of working with Roma and Sinti minorities across Central and Eastern Europe.

He loves drawing and painting, plays guitar and piano (poorly, but) regularly, writes bits and pieces, is submerged in Icelandic, and is a fan of tiny houses and life minimalism.
